Owner and Founder

Kelli Enos

Kelli is a first-generation Realtor/Broker with over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. Her daughter, Elena, is co-owner of Savvy New Homes Solutions, Inc., the parent company of Savvy Solutions Real Estate. Kymberlee, Kelli's granddaughter, is the company's newest broker under our restructuring. Specializing in veterans, first time home buyers, and retirees, Kelli lends her expertise and experience to all aspects of the real estate industry. Additionally, Kelli is the owner, founder, and CEO of Youvvy.com, an online search site for new construction homes. This profession is Kelli's passion and purpose, each client experience is unique to her and she understands the difficulties of this process from beginning to well after the close of escrow. In Kelli's free time, she enjoys spending time with her large family, the theater, the fine arts, and gardening. When not with you, you will likely find her on her back deck watching the sun go down and the deer gather.

Elena Pareja-Enos

Elena is a second generation Realtor/Broker with nearly a decade of experience in real estate. Specializing in multi-family and single-family property management combined with knowledge and experience in general brokerage, she is ready to help you on whatever your real estate journey entails. With a niche in first time home buyers, Elena is passionate in finding the perfect home for you! As the co-owner and CEO of Savvy New Home Solutions, Inc., Elena is enthusiastic about supporting local and spending time helping in the community. In Elena's free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, the theater with her mother and sisters, and exploring new upcoming areas in the Carolinas to find the next best place to be!

Kymberlee Grusauskas

Kymberlee is a third generation Realtor/Broker with a strong background in client relations management and sales from her time spent in the medical field. She believes that compassion and ethics are the roots that all businesses grow. Kymberlee joined the real estate field as a way to help connect people with their residential or commercial property needs. In her free time, Kymberlee enjoys mountain hikes, traveling, museums, and the food scene.
